Bacon wrapped Chicken




3 Boneless chicken breast
9 slices of bacon brown sugar (about 1/4 cup on a plate)

Rub: May need to double, if using more chicken
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. brown sugar
pinch of salt

Cut each breast into 3 strips. Combine rub ingredients and roll each strip in rub. Wrap each strip with bacon and roll in brown sugar. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is 160 degrees
