EASY BAKED CHICKEN FINGERS
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into finger size
1/2 cup italian dressing or French(or your favorite)
1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Roll chicken pieces in the dressing, then roll in the breadcrumbs
Bake the chicken fingers in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes or until they are brown and pierce easily with a fork. Ready to serve! Serve with a dipping sauce.
** If you want to make them Buffalo-use plain bread crumbs and dip the chicken in some hot sauce instead of dressing.
